1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AISkill Forge at aiskillforge.site, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform and offerings.

2. Services

AISkill Forge provides live workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one coaching focused on AI skill development.

2.1 Access and Use

You may access scheduled services using supported devices and a reliable internet connection. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Reimbursements for Services

You may request a reimbursement for workshop or coaching bookings up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment channel within 5 business days. Requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled event are not eligible for reimbursement but may be rescheduled subject to availability within 30 days of the original booking.

One-on-one coaching sessions require reserved time slots and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement. However, you may reschedule these sessions following the process above.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include AI learning materials, video tutorials, and downloadable guides.

3.1 Delivery and License

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use digital products for personal, non-commercial skill building.

3.2 Reimbursements for Digital Products

Requests for reimbursement of digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the content must not have been downloaded or accessed. Eligible reimbursements will be processed via the original payment channel within 7 business days. If materials have been accessed or downloaded, reimbursements cannot be granted.

4. Physical Goods

AISkill Forge may offer AI training kits and branded merchandise.

4.1 Shipping and Handling

Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary.

4.2 Reimbursements for Physical Goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days for a replacement. For unopened items in original condition, you may send back goods within 30 days of delivery for a reimbursement. Approved requests will be processed via the original payment channel within 14 business days of our receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs for sending back goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement kits may be provided instead of reimbursement upon request.

5. Scheduling and Transfers

To reschedule a booked service, contact us at least 48 hours before the session. Transfers to future dates are subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on AISkill Forge are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce or distribute any portion without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are provided on an as-is basis. AISkill Forge makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AISkill Forge and its providers are not liable for any indirect or consequential impacts arising from your use of the platform. In any case, liability is limited to the sums you have paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time in 2025. Continued use of AISkill Forge constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
